Nippon-Ham Fighters manager Tsuyoshi Shinjo (54) made a surprising move by completely shuffling position of his players.

In the sixth inning, with the defense 3-1, Castro, who was at second base, moved to center field; Isobata, who was at center field, moved to right field; Nomura, who was at right field, moved to second base; Martinez, who was at first base, moved to left field; and Nishikawa, who was at left field, moved to first base. In particular, when Nishikawa was moved to first base, there were cries of surprise from the Escon's stands, creating an unusual atmosphere.
