Jackson commented through the team, "This will be my third time pitching in a real game, but I don't have any special or new approaches. I'll just pitch my own way without changing my pitching style. I want to put hitter under pressure quickly so that count doesn't go against me, and always pitch in my favor. I'll concentrate on pitching inning that are assigned to me. I'm in good shape, my mechanics are good, and I'm in good physical condition. Camp has been very productive. I'm really making good progress."
