On the 27th, Seibu Lions announced that in order to cool Belluna Dome area for the 2026 season, they will install large umbrellas and mist poles in the plaza in front of the dome, as well as introduce long fans in infield area and circulators in backstop area starting in February.

In response to the recent extreme heat, efforts have been made to cool Belluna Dome in line with the characteristics of a dome stadium that coexists with nature, including the introduction of large-scale mist and waterfall facilities called "BIG WATERFALL" in the 2025 season. In the 2026 season, additional summer facilities will be installed in the plaza in front of the dome, etc., to make the time from arrival to departure more comfortable, not just while watching the game.

Seven new large parasols will be installed in the plaza in front of the dome, which will serve as the waiting area for purchasing tickets and merchandise, and eight more mist poles will be added to provide shade and cooling effects to reduce the heat. Additionally, 32 new long fans will be installed in the front row aisle of infield area, 16 on each side of first and third base. Ten circulators will be installed in the front row aisle of backstop area to promote ventilation and improve the viewing environment.
