On the 25th, Nippon-Ham announced that they will develop a new commercial and office facility within the Hokkaido Ballpark F Village in Kitahiroshima City, Hokkaido. The facility is scheduled to open in spring 2016. The planned site is located halfway between the pedestrian deck connecting the new JR station and the stadium, making it a highly convenient location with direct access from the deck.

The development of the first rental office facility within F Village is expected to contribute to the further diversification and development of the area. The commercial office building will be 11 stories tall with a total floor area of approximately 17,000 square meters, and commercial tenants and companies are currently being sought.

F Village plans to continue developing the town in a way that places "work (offices), living (housing), learning (education), and play (entertainment and commerce)" close together and integrated, with sports and entertainment at its core.
