Hisayoshi Nagano (41), who retired from active play at the end of last season and is currently serving as an advisor to The Giants' organizational headquarters, visited Lotte's Miyakonojo training camp on the 6th.

Nagano, dressed in a suit, greeted the team staff, including new manager Saburo (49), with whom he played for The Giants in 2011. In bullpen, he watched the powerful pitching of the Lotte pitcher from behind the net.

This is Nagano's first year in the front office, and his retirement game is scheduled for March 14th in an exhibition game against Nippon-Ham (Tokyo Dome).
