outfielder Lin An-ke (28), who transferred from Uni-President of Taiwan, finished the second day of spring training in Nango, Miyazaki on the 2nd.

He is a powerful hitter who batted fourth for the Taiwanese national team at the Premier 12 held in November 2012 and Home Run against the Japanese national team. At this point, it is undecided whether he will play in the WBC in March, but he is quietly working on his preparations, saying, "My selling point is my batting, so I want to get into my best shape as soon as possible."

A few days after arriving in Japan, Hayashi Anka revealed that she has steadily mastered Japanese, including phrases like "good morning," "thank you for your hard work," and "nice to meet you." At the training camp in Nango, she has received words of encouragement from fans, and some even ask for her autograph. "I want to show more of my performance and get to know more about me," she said enthusiastically. Hayashi's Japanese teacher is her Seibu club classmate, Kuwabara, also known as "Seibu Lions-san." The two primarily communicate in English, and she is actively studying and communicating with him, saying, "We're both outfielder and are always together during practice, so we talk a lot." She also revealed, "Hirara called out to me while I was on the bus, and we chatted a bit," as she gradually widens her circle and begins to blend in with the team.
