On October 25th at 18:00, Game 2 of the "SMBC Japan Series 2026" between Yokohama DeNA and Fukuoka Softbank will be held at Yokohama Stadium.

【Match Record】Yokohama DeNA vs Fukuoka Softbank: 0 wins, 1 loss

【Probable Starters】
Yokohama DeNA: Pitcher Shuto Ogata (18 games, 7 wins, 3 losses, ERA 3.29)
Fukuoka Softbank: Pitcher Moinelo (7 games, 6 wins, 1 loss, ERA 0.76)

The starter for Fukuoka Softbank is pitcher Moinelo. Although he got a late start in the regular season this year, he left overwhelming results with 6 wins and 1 loss and an ERA of 0.76 in 7 games, but in Game 1 of the PERSOL CS Pa Final Stage, he struggled, giving up 3 runs on 6 hits and 4 walks/Hit by Pitches in the middle of the 3rd inning. He hopes to regain his original pitch and lead the team to consecutive victories.

On the other hand, in the lineup, Yudai Shoji, who was named MVP in the PERSOL CS Pa, has been active since the first game. He recorded 2 hits and 2 RBIs, including the game-winning hit in the 11th extra inning. Also, the starter they will face in this game is pitcher Shuto Ogata, who moved from Fukuoka Softbank to Yokohama DeNA via a mid-season trade this year. Can the Softbank Hawks lineup break down their former teammate who is thriving in his new home?
