Sho Mure, outfielder from Kyushu International University High School (Fukuoka), was selected in the second round of the draft by Nippon-Ham.

A right-handed power hitter who boasts 36 career high school Home Runs. He possesses high physical abilities, including a 6.1-second 50-meter dash and a 105-meter long toss, and even earned a spot in the national competition for the 100-meter dash when he was in the fifth grade of elementary school.

At Kyushu Kokusai University High School, he joined the bench starting in the spring of his first year and participated in the Meiji Jingu baseball Tournament last autumn. In the quarterfinal against Yamanashi Gakuin, which was his national debut, he stunned scouts by hitting a home run into the center-field batter's eye. He also contributed to the team's first championship by recording three RBI in the final against Kobe Kokusai University High School, but he was left off the roster for the Spring Koshien.

When asked about his image of Hokkaido, he smiled and said, "I think it's snow and ramen." He set his ideals high, stating, "Among the Nippon-Ham players, I think Manami is truly my ideal. He is a high-level batter with all three skills—hitting, defense, and base running—and his arm is also amazing. I hope I can become a player like Manami at Nippon-Ham."

Regarding future goals, he stated, "First of all, I think it is important not to get injured, so I want to make sure I stay healthy and aim to win the Triple Crown."
