The Seibu Lions announced on the 20th that outfielder An-Ko Lin has returned to his home country.

Joining from Taiwan's Uni-President, he played in 76 games during this first year of transfer, recording a .220 batting average, 52 hit, 8 Home Run, and 29 RBI. In the game against Lotte on April 12th (Belluna Dome), he hit a walk-off home run in the 10th extra inning, which was his first Home Run since the transfer.

The comments are as follows.

This season, my first year in Japan, was a year where I was able to learn many things and grow. On the other hand, I feel frustrated that I could not fight alongside the team until the very end due to the impact of my injury. I will make use of this year's experience and work hard to achieve even better results next season and contribute to the team winning the championship.

To all of The Lions fans, thank you very much for all your passionate support this season. We look forward to your continued support next season as well.
