Orix Buffaloes Haruki Mori

Orix Buffaloes pitcher Haruki Mori returned in a live BP (live batting practice). The high school rookie right-hander had been sidelined with a right shoulder condition since his last appearance in a farm team practice game on July 25. He threw a total of 20 pitches to four hitters, with his velocity reaching a maximum of 148 km/h.

He is scheduled to head to Miyazaki to participate in the Phoenix League. 'I just want to swing my arm energetically and throw at the hitters,' he said with a lively voice, and Manager Kishida also expressed high expectations for him as a starting candidate, saying, 'I want him to become a pitcher who can enter the competition.'
