Four foreign players have joined the team, but the one that stands out is pitcher Andre Jackson, who transferred from Yokohama DeNA. The right-hander, who arrived in Japan in 2024, has a combined record of 18 wins and 14 losses with a 2.60 ERA over two seasons. He has innings pitched 293.2 innings and achieved 32 QSs in 50 games. In the SMBC Japan Series 2024, he contributed to Yokohama DeNA's Japan Series victory by strike out against Fukuoka Softbank Hawks, tying the series record. He is expected to perform at an ace level in his new home.
