リーグ３連覇を目指すソフトバンク・小久保裕紀監督が新しいチーム組織をつくるため、２月１日のキャンプ初日に選手、コーチに匿名アンケートの提出を求めることを明かした。「どの選手がどういう位置づけにいるのか確認。どういう風にチーム内で動いているのか見てみようと思います」と内容を説明。「今回、栗原が選手会長になったんですけど、選手会長が全部を担わない方がいいだろうということで、そうじゃない方が組織としてはいいだろうということになった」と、詳細は明かさなかったが、部門別のリーダーを何人が選出するプランのようだ。
