On the 27th, Orix Buffaloes announced that it has signed a contract with Royalty Marketing Co., Ltd. to sponsor advertising on uniform pants for the 2014 season, continuing from 2013. Starting with the Miyazaki training camp that begins on February 1st, the "The Buffaloes ☆Ponta" logo will be displayed on the uniform pants worn by players, managers, and coaches. The sponsorship contract with the company has been ongoing since the 2016 season, and "The Buffaloes ☆Ponta" is celebrating its 10th anniversary since its creation.
