"Strong Eagle Innovation" embodies the determination to aim for victory, to not be bound by conventional wisdom, to be bold and innovate without fear of change, while taking into account the team's history. Manager Hajime Miki (48) said, "It literally embodies the idea of innovating towards win like a strong golden eagle, and moving forward towards win while not being afraid to take on new challenges. I myself feel the same way, but as a team slogan, I want the players to fight with that same mindset."

Spring training will finally begin in February. A manager-coach meeting was held on this day, and the manager emphasized, "We discussed the players' condition, the theme for this year based on a review of last year, and how we will move forward this year. Training starts on February 1st, and we talked about fighting hard with the regret of last year in our hearts."
