On the 8th, Rakuten Eagles announced that joint voluntary training for rookies will be held overseas from the 10th to the 22nd.

In previous years, the joint voluntary training for new recruits has been held within Miyagi Prefecture, and this will be the first time it has been held overseas.

On this day, the rookie joint voluntary training began at the indoor practice facility of "Rakuten Eagles Mobile Saikyo Park Miyagi." Eleven players, excluding first-round draft pitcher Sota Fujiwara (Hanazono University), who was absent due to illness, adjusted their training with catch practice and other drills.
