This season's slogan, "Breakthrough," is based on manager Nishiguchi Fumiya's strong belief that "while we have continued to play defensive baseball and win, improving our batting ability is essential," and is intended to motivate fielder and to express his desire for each player and staff member to break out of their shells and overcome the status quo.

Additionally, starting today at 11:00 AM, The Lions Store Online, the official online store, will begin accepting pre-orders for 2026 slogan merchandise. In addition to standard items like T-shirts, the store also stocks warm merchandise such as hoodies and blankets, perfect for the chilly start of the season.

"Our team slogan for the 2026 season, 'Breakthrough,' is our desire for each player to further improve their individual abilities and break through their own limits, after having played a defensive style of baseball until last year.
