Kondo Daisuke, who retired from active play at the end of this season, will join the Public Relations Group of the Public Relations and Advertising Department of the Management Headquarters, and Kodai Sano will take up the position of second-team sub-manager of the Development Group of the Management Department of the team headquarters on January 1, 2014.

Kondo joined Orix Buffaloes as the second pick in the 2015 draft, pitched in more than 50 games for three consecutive years from 2017, and pitched in 32 games in 2022, when the team won the league championship. After being traded to The Giants in the offseason of 2023 in a cash trade, he did not pitch in the first team for The Giants.

Sano joined Orix Buffaloes as the third pick in the 2014 draft. He initially played as pitcher, but switched to playing in fielder midway through his third year. stolen base 20 bases in 2020 and played in a career-high 78 games in 2022, but did not play in the first team this season.
