On the 26th, Orix Buffaloes announced personnel changes effective January 1st of next year. Among those retiring are Jun Nakamura, who concurrently served as General Manager of the General Affairs Department of the Management Headquarters and Asia Representative of the International Relations Department of the Team Headquarters, and Takashi Miyata, who served as Head of the Professional Scouting Group in the Team Headquarters' Player Development Department. Mitsuhiro Kubo, General Manager of the Management Headquarters, will be replaced by Deputy General Manager of the Team Headquarters, and Kazuo Yamaguchi, Head of the Amateur Scouting Group in the Team Headquarters' Player Development Department, will be replaced by Head of the Professional Scouting Group.

Additionally, The Giants pitcher Daisuke Kondo, who retired from active play at the end of this season, will be assigned to the Public Relations Group of the Management Headquarters, and Orix Buffaloes outfielder Kodai Sano will be assigned to the Second Team Sub-Manager position in the Development Group of the Management Headquarters.
