After graduating from Konan University, Madono joined Orix Buffaloes Corporation in 1990. After serving as Tokyo Central Branch Manager and Group Kansai Deputy Representative, he has served as an executive officer since 2012. His new titles will be "Representative Director, President and Acting Owner of Orix Buffaloes baseball Club Co., Ltd." and "Executive Group Kansai Representative Orix Buffaloes Corporation."
Also effective on the same day, it was decided that Katsunori Fujii would assume the roles of Executive Vice President of Orix Buffaloes baseball Club Co., Ltd., President and CEO of Osaka City Dome Co., Ltd., and Assistant Representative of Orix Buffaloes Corporation Group Kansai Region.
