On the 10th, Orix Buffaloes announced that Michio Minato, President and Representative Director of Orix Buffaloes baseball Club Co., Ltd., will assume the position of advisor effective January 1st of next year. Taro Madono has been appointed as the new president.

After graduating from Konan University, Mr. Madono joined Orix Buffaloes Corporation in 1990. He served as the head of the Tokyo Central Branch and deputy representative of the Kansai Group, and has been an executive officer since 2024. His new titles will be "President and Representative Director and Owner's Representative Orix Buffaloes baseball Club Co., Ltd." and "Executive Officer and Group Kansai Representative Orix Buffaloes Corporation."

Additionally, it was decided that on the same date, Katsunori Fujii would assume the positions of "Senior Executive Officer of Orix Buffaloes baseball Club Co., Ltd.," "President and Representative Director of Osaka City Dome Co., Ltd.," and "Assistant to the Kansai Representative of Orix Buffaloes Corporation Group."
