Personnel compensation applies to players excluding the 28 protected players, foreign players, and players selected in the 2025 draft. The team plans to consider both financial and personnel aspects. A team executive said, "I don't think we'll carry it over into the new year," indicating that they intend to reach a decision by the end of the year, taking into account the results of the active player draft to be held on the 9th, etc.
