Orix Buffaloes
Founded in 1936, the Orix franchise merged with the Osaka Kintetsu Buffaloes in 2004 and took on its current name.
In 2021, the Buffaloes won the league championship for the first time in 25 years, won the Japan Series in 2022, and came one game away from a repeat title in 2023.
The team's home stadium is a domed stadium designed to provide an excellent view of the field, allowing fans to watch the game in a comfortable environment.
